Monthly passwords to my Bonus Project Page: Including three bonus projects and video tutorials NOT posted on my public blog. My team can also subscribe to receive coordinating make and take kits for a small fee to cover the cost of supplies and postage.

Fun Mail: I send surprise cards and packages throughout the year to random team members not based on sales or milestones: "just because"!
What are the benefits of being an active demonstrator?
I asked demonstrators on my team what their favorite demonstrator perk was. Here are some of their answers:
Making new friends who love the same thing you do
Being the first to see and pre-order new products
Getting a discount on everything in the catalog
Making extra money to pay family bills
Learning new techniques and being inspired by the bi-monthly demonstrator magazine
Sharing ideas with other demonstrators, participating in card swaps, and inspiring each other to try new things
Having an excuse to do something you love (and being able to write off all your "toys" as a business expense!)
Will I get free stamps?
Yes! The company has different
promotions throughout the year
where we can earn free stamps! The
first incentive, called Quick Start,
allows you to earn up points for your
personal sales and recruiting efforts
in your first six months as a
demonstrator. Flex Reward points
can be earned throughout the year
for personal sales, title advancements,
and anniversaries and can be
redeemed for product, event registration, logo items, iPads, and a dream vacation!
What happens if I don't meet the quarterly minimum?
If you don't make your quota, Stampin' Up! gives you one month to make up the difference. In that time, you are considered in "pending" status. If you make up your missing sales, then you are "active" again. If however, you don't make up the missing sales during your pending period, then you are "dropped" as a demonstrator and will no longer have access to the Demonstrator Website and placing orders at a discount.
Are there any penalties for dropping out?
Nope! If you decide being a demonstrator is not for you, simply do nothing. You will automatically go inactive when you no longer meet the minimum requirements. In the meantime, you can still enjoy all of the benefits described above!
